Joe Mixon: Child injured amid reports of gunshots at the home of Cincinnati Bengals NFL star
After a shooting at the residence of NFL player Joe Mixon, a child was transported to the hospital. The home was searched by police, who have also opened an inquiry.
Due to allegations of gunfire at the Cincinnati, Ohio,

the hospital with "non-life threatening injuries," according to a
statement from the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office.
The police "were able to obtain material that will be
part of this active investigation" after searching the home, they claimed.
The statement said, "Our detectives will meticulously
evaluate this evidence and conduct interviews.
If or how Mixon, 26, is involved is unknown, according to
NBC.
Police did, however, confirm that "a residence related
to Bengals player Joe Mixon is part of the crime scene.
Charges of aggravated threatening against the NFL player
were brought and later dismissed.
